Kenneth is from Indonesia but his original roots are Dutch as his father came from Holland. He had never been to Amsterdam though and to make things even more international he had asked for a Brazilian girl, preferably a petite one.
Well, there are plenty of those in Red Light District and Rick found him exactly what he wanted!
